Warranty

THE SELLER shall not be liable under the statutory warranty towards BUYERS who are not consumers.

The method of warranty performance and its scope are specified in the warranty document attached to the product. The warranty period is indicated in the warranty document.

We understand that purchasing equipment requires full trust in the quality and effectiveness of the device. Therefore, we offer:
– basic warranty: 12 months
– the possibility of extending the warranty to 24 or 36 months (an additional paid option)

The warranty covers:
– repair of the device
– replacement of the product with a new one
– warranty service within the European Union

– authorized service points
– external service centers in the EU
