3.1. The Terms and Conditions define the rules of sale and use of the store

4.1. Orders: website / phone / e-mail
4.2. Process: cart → order → confirmation

Payments
5.1. Methods: bank transfer / PayU / Przelewy24 / card / cash on delivery
5.2. Payment deadline: 4 days

Delivery
6.1. Couriers: InPost / DPD / Allegro Parcel Lockers
6.2. Delivery time: 2–5 business days
6.3. Costs:
– free from 300 PLN
– up to 300 PLN – 17 PLN
– cash on delivery – 17 PLN
6.4. Risk passes to the Buyer upon receipt
Warranty
7.1. No statutory warranty for business entities
7.2. Warranty: 12 months + extension to 24/36 months
7.3. The warranty covers repair or replacement
Withdrawal from the contract
8.1. 14 days for return
8.2. The product must not be used
8.3. It must have packaging and seals
8.4. The return cost is borne by the Buyer
8.5. Refund by the same payment method
Complaints
9.1. Statutory warranty: 2 years
9.2. Submission: e-mail / phone / form
