Return of goods
We are confident in the quality of our products!
All devices are covered by a warranty:
– basic: 12 months
– extended: up to 24 or 36 months (available at an additional cost)
The warranty includes service, repair, or replacement of the product with a new one. Service is provided through our own service point and an external service center within the European Union.
Returns are possible within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. The return is carried out by sending the product back to the address indicated by the Seller after prior notification.

Complaints are processed within up to 14 calendar days from the moment they are received.
Withdrawal from the contract
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the Goods.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before it expires.
The Consumer may use the withdrawal form available on the store’s website, but this is not mandatory.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of:
– custom-made products
– products in sealed packaging once opened (for hygienic reasons)
– used products or products showing signs of use
– products which, after delivery, have been combined with other items
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Consumer is obliged to return the Goods no later than within 14 days.
The Consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, unless the parties agree otherwise.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods have been received.
The cost of returning the Goods is borne by the Buyer.
A Buyer who is not a Consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract.
Return form
Under the applicable law, the Consumer has the right to return goods purchased online within 14 days of receiving them, provided that:
– the product has not been used
– it has the original packaging
– it has intact seals
– it shows no signs of use
This applies in particular to cosmetic products in sealed packaging.
Information required for a return:
– first and last name
– residential address
– e-mail
– phone number
– order number and date of purchase
– product name
– reason for return (optional)
– bank account number
– account holder details
Declarations:
– I declare that the product has not been used
– I have read the terms and conditions and accept them
– I consent to the processing of personal data
